CLIMATE CHANGE (Also known as "weather.") is a catch all phase / excuse to impoverish the U.S. and redistribute its wealth worldwide.

The Making of bad weather

Hurricanes and tornadoes can caused or made worse by using chemtrails. What they do is fill the sky with artificial clouds. And then they shoot RF energy at the artificial clouds. The clouds warm up and rise sucking weather into the area.

Using this technique they can control storms and make them very very severe.

Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. These shifts may be natural, such as through variations in the solar cycle.
